09 Sauvignon Blanc - Growers'Series

We sourced Sauvignon from two very good growers in Waipara and we produced a Savy with tropical fruit flavours, long lasting aftertaste.

2000 Chardonnay
A complex savoury barrel fermented Waipara Chardonnay with intense mineral notes.

2000 Dry Riesling
We handle all our fruit with care but we take that to new heights with the Dry Riesling. Absolutely no botrytis and minimal handling. Fermented to dryness to enhance the purity and focus. Aged in bottles for one  year before release.

2000 James Hardwick Riesling
At Muddy Water the emphasis is on the vineyard. Low crop levels, intense canopy management and careful winemaking have produced an outstanding New Zealand Riesling.

2000 Laborare
A big rich ripe plummy wine - made from 50% Pinotage - the other 50% is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot

2000 Mojo Pinot Noir
This is a single lot of our Pinot Noir, which always tasted different and better than the other lots. Rich, ripe and mouthfilling it has more structure than our main Pinot bottling - it's special - so we named it Mojo.

2000 Pinot Noir
This wine shows ripe, black fruit combined with savory complexity a full mouthfeel and good structure and balance. Awarded a Blue Gold medal at the Sydney Top 100.

2000 Pinotage
From our trial block, a dense, fruity, savoury and exciting wine that took us by surprise with its quality.

2000 Sauvignon Blanc
Not your average Marlborough Savvy - this wine was made from ripe grapes! Barrel fermented using native yeasts this is a full, complex Sauvignon Blanc.

2000 Syrah
As far as we know this is the first ever Waipara Syrah - it surprised us with its quality.
