Tasting Note Light red-cherry in colour and very summery in nature with strawberries, cream and cinnamon on the nose. Masses of crushed strawberries, spice, ripe peach and melon flabours add weight to the long and dry palate. Perfect summer drinking as an accompaniment to food or as an aperitif. Serving Suggestions The fruity flavours and festive wine will match well with Bouillabaisse soup, Nicoise salad, pasta, Cajun barbecued shrimp, antipasto, baked goats cheese or pizza. Current vintage: 2011

Cellar & Bottling After an overnight soackin on skins to extract light colour and subtle tannins we transferred the juice to tank for fermentation. Warm natural fermentation temperatures and extended time on lees have led to a rich mouth-feel and complexities throughout the wine. Bottled: August, 2011 Cellaring: Enjoy chilled over the 2011/12 Summer
Alcohol: 13.5%
Wine This Rose fermented by native and commercial yeasts in a range of fermentation vessels using a range of winemaking techniques to create a serious complex wine which can be enjoyed on its own or matched with a range of foods. Perfect summer evening drinking. To ensure quality and uniformity this wine is a single batch bottled under a screw cap closure. We regard bottle variation as an unacceptable “thing of the past”. Muddy Water Estate vineyards are now farmed organically and will achieve full organic certification in 2010.
Made from Pinot Noir, it is bright pink/pale red, with a floral bouquet, strong, vibrant raspberry and spice flavours, and a crisp, finely balanced, dry finish! Delicious
