Vineyard And Winery Update

In the Vineyard

Miranda and her team have started to put the nets on, to protect our georgeous grapes from the lovely birds.  It is amazing to see the nets on they look like a huge spider web.  We have seen the beginning of veraison.

In the Winery

Our 2010 Pinot Noir and Pinotage  are still ageing in the barrels and are looking very promising.  We will probably bottle them in September.  We have released our Riesling Reloaded 2009.  This riesling was fermented in 500 litre old puncheons, Belinda's aim was for more texture on the pallet.  Our Pinotage 2009 and our single vineyard Slowhand Pinot Noir 2009 have also been released this month and both these reds are stunning.
