Directions to Muddy Water from Christchurch

Go north on State Highway 1 from Christchurch - about 50km north you will go past Canterbury House winery - large building on the right – then across the Waipara River.

Continue north on SH1 for another 4km - you'll come to Waipara Springs on the left - about 300m further on there is a wine barrel mail box on the right with Muddy Water 424 on it. Please be careful turning right across SH1.

Take the driveway between the hedge and the vineyard. Drive straight ahead past Floating Mountain winery, down the hill, over the bridge, up the other side.

The vineyard at the top of the hill is Muddy Water – follow the drive to the winery.
